How it works

Rest - Go to bed 9 hours before you have to get up. Take at least one day off from working.

Exercise - Workout 6 times a week using the planned workouts or do your own.

Nutrition - Eat real food. No processed food. You will have to plan ahead and prepare your meals.

Education - Read and meditate on the teaching of the day located on the blog page.

Work - Commit to doing a better job with what you are responsible for. Serve and solve problems.

Adventure - Make time to do something you love at least once a week.

Love - Take action and show love to those that are in your life.


About me.

My name is Max Marcoux. I have been a Christian since April 29th 1990 when I heard an evangelist named Tiff Shuttlesworth speak at a church in my hometown of Wayland Massachusetts.

I am married to DD Marcoux and we have four children. We live in Wellesley Massachusetts. Together we pastor Elevation Chapel in Newton Massachusetts. Elevation is a non-denominational Christian church. You can read more about the church at www.elevationtoday.com.

I become a pastor in the Assemblies of God. My senior pastor was a wonderful mentor to me for 7 years while I was the youth pastor in his church before stepped into being a senior pastor at my current church.

in 2006 I also became a personal trainer. Got my first certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. (N.A.S.M.) and later added a Rock Steady Boxing Coach certification to my education.
